This two-day workshop with Stacey is an invitation into a sacred inner journey—an arc of remembrance that moves through descent, relationship, transformation, and integration. Each phase builds upon the next, creating a supportive and intentional container for deep personal and spiritual exploration.
🌑 Day 1 – The Descent & The Encounter
The journey begins by turning inward. Through guided meditation and contemplative ritual, you will gently descend beneath surface awareness to meet the hidden, forgotten, or exiled aspects of yourself. This process is rooted in reverence, safety, and personal choice, allowing space for tenderness and trust.
As the day unfolds, you will move into a conscious relationship with your inner world. Through sacred dialogue, mirroring practices, and symbolic reflection, inner figures and emotional energies are invited to emerge—not as obstacles, but as guides. This phase encourages deep listening, compassion, and insight into the patterns that shape your life and spiritual path.
🔥 Day 2 – The Alchemy & The Return
On the second day, the focus shifts toward transformation. Through embodied practices, ritual, and creative expression, you will begin to integrate and reclaim parts of yourself that have been resisted or suppressed. This is an invitation not to transcend your humanity, but to honor and sanctify it—awakening a sense of inner unity and vitality.
The journey concludes with integration and return. You will reflect on how to embody what you have uncovered, bringing your insights into daily life through authentic expression, conscious boundaries, and meaningful action. The closing rituals support a grounded transition, affirming that this work continues beyond the workshop.
This immersive experience is designed as a complete journey, though each phase remains accessible and meaningful in its own right. Please bring a journal and a sacred altar item, which will be returned to you at the close of the workshop.
